East German enlisted man's grey, elite guard regiment (Wachregiment Friedrich Engels) gabardine service jacket. This is an original NVA issue honor guard jacket from the 1980's. Features silver button front, pleated breast & waist pockets, white piped French cuffs, open collar with Infantry collar tabs, Gefreiter (PFC) shoulder boards and NVA Wachregiment Friedrich Engels cuff title. Jacket is unissued in Excellent condition. Still has factory tags. Jacket is marked size "m 48-1" (39 Regular) (Medium) and year of manufacture code "N" (1989).
