This heavy duty and water-repellent 100 litre rucksack features one, flap-covered main compartment with a drawcord snow collar and closure straps with top quality, YKK branded quick release buckles. Moreover it goes with four separate compartments, including two detachable side zip pockets with storm protection flaps, one zipped pocket in the top flap that hides integrated rain cover, as well as one lower pocket. It is worth adding the main compartment is integrated with a bottom pocket which has its own zipper access. This section can be used as a 'false-bottom' compartment itself for carrying of items required for easy access. It is worth adding that two side pockets when detached can be zipped into each other to make an emergency pack or a daypack.
The pack goes with ergonomically designed padded back, an aluminium frame which can be removed if desired, padded shoulder straps, about 7cm wide and adjustable on the top of the shoulder and under the arm, an adjustable chest strap (2.5cm) with an elasticated section and plastic clip, and a waist strap, approx. 4cm wide, partly padded and fully adjustable, which opens with a large fastex buckle.
The rucksack gives a possibility to attach additional equipment through a number of nylon straps and loops, and D-rings placed on both shoulder straps and at the front of the bag. It also has two nylon straps on the top flap for external carriage of sleeping bag etc.
