These are made in the USA by the same company that provides them to US military personnel. Same style awarded to qualified US Army Medical personnel, at the rank of colonel or below, who is assigned or attached to a ground combat arms unit of brigade or smaller size which provides medical support during any period in which the unit was engaged in ground combat with the enemy from the Vietnam War till 2004. These must be sew-on. New and unissued condition.
