Embroidered Black on OD Twill US Army General Officer Rank Insignia for the Army Fatigue/Combat Uniforms. Subdued embroidered insignias were worn on fatigues from 1968 - 2005 and towards the end of the Vietnam War. These are to be sewn on the shirt collar, Field Jacket Epaulettes or on a cap. This item is to be sewn to the uniform, tailoring is required. This insignia is made in the USA to regulation standards by a government contractor.
