We've had a crazy two weeks. First we "deployed" to the Military Vehicle Preservation Association (MVPA) annual convention in Des Moines, Iowa. Although we expected more visitors, we're glad we made the journey. There were dozens of restored WWII and post war vehicles and plenty of friendly folks. The convention was held at the Iowa State Fair Grounds which is impressive. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, we love meeting our customers at these events so please let us know if you've got something going on in your area.
While we were up in Iowa, we were a bit short staffed at home, and of course Murphy decided it would be a good time to kill our main sales and shipping computer which crashed our UPS network. So this is still causing some issues with getting orders out as fast as we normally do. I apologize for the delays and any inconvenience this has caused.
Last week a large shipment of WWII GI gear arrived from Quartermaster Inspector in Belgium. Here are the restocked items that came in:
We also received a resupply of Vietnam war GI ERDL uniforms and some economy Visor Caps
There are some more new items that came in as well and we are getting them listed on the website this week. German Boots are on the way from Spain and should be here next week. As always, plenty of Military Surplus arrives weekly so please check the website for updates.
