Original, sleeve patch for the Bundeswehr Heeresamt. The HA in Cologne was one of the two command pillars of the German Army, alongside the Army Forces Command, until both were merged to create the current Army Command. Machine woven. Measures approximately 3.25" X 2.5". Used but in Very Good condition.
