Set of ERDL green background camo
Well I received my set of ERDL camps today and was very impressed . I had seen other repros before that were obviously poor copies.. this is not one of those. I immediately pulled out my 1969 set of original and compare the two. Color matchup was perfect , true bellows pockets , original rip stop nylon material . To say i am happy and impressed is an understatement . My old set is a bit tight but the xl top and large bottoms and 7.5 boonie fit great . Are they a bit expensive? Yes, but comparing them to what the originals are going on eBay and most all small and mediums where I saw a large set for 3 times the price of these? Yes , I’ll take these any day . Now I’ve got a set I can wear into the boonies . I’m having the lower bellows pockets removed and put on the upper sleeves slanted forward, then I’ll be set . Bravo Hessen Antique for offering these excellent repros. If they had the original style sizing labels , they would about impossible to tell from the originals

Veteran's View
I had researched for many many hours trying to find a replica or close copy to the original ERDL Green Dominant Lowland Camo that was first introduced into Vietnam during the mid 1960's. I bought one of these garments, studied it very closely and determined that it was a very good copy but not an original. The workmanship is good so 5 stars for the whole experience.
