Original 2006 dated commemorative award and keepsake presentation case from the Emperor of Japan to living WWII veterans. Created to resemble a traditional Lacquer wood box, this appears to be made of some type of plastic or resin with gold embellishments and the imperial seal. Inside is a large velvet/felt lined compartment, below that is a drawer. Measures approximately: 8.75 x 6.5 x 4" Shows some storage ware. Overall in very good condition.
