Low Boots with Hobnails with Heavy Duty Soles

Honestly, the only complaint I have for these boots is the actual color doesn’t match what my screen shows. The boots are closer to a grayish beige and not a tan or yellow beige. The laces are a tongue match what is shown though! The boots are made in Spain and seem very well made. The boots get a 4 star as the color isnt accurate. The company is fantastic, however, so I gave 5 stars!

I will be honest in my review. These are very good boots for the price. They have not been worn much, but I did do some research and watched videos and from what I've seen, they do hold up fairly well. The only con's I have, is that there is some leather/ cardboard type fiber components in the heels, but I understand for the price. They do have a welt and can be resoled so that is a positive. I actually did not buy them for myself or reenacting. I got them for my dad.

After having to shoe polish and dub these are my favorite pair of boots I wear for many different impressions! They're very sturdy and hold up very well, not to mention that after breaking them in They're really comfortable.

These are rough out all the way through, a surprise iuntil I saw the review photo above. Only the back strap is smooth. The soles appear well done although there are no toe irons just the heel. These will see heavy field use after appropriate preparation so we shall see how they hold up. Naturally they will have regular maintenance. Overall they are nice boots.
