Webbing - M1 Helmet Chinstrap - 3/4" OD#3. This webbing was made in the USA back in the 1990's before they started making them overseas and we used to make our own chinstraps. It is an excellent reproduction and features the standard 11 row weave chain pattern 3/4" wide. Much better quality then the webbing being used by most vendors today. It is 100 percent cotton, yarn dyed, another beautiful feature of true WWII era M1 helmet webbing. It is compatible with "Early War" and "Mid War," chinstraps. Great for meticulous collectors trying to repair or restore an original helmet. Price is for one 15" section. That is more then enought to make either side chin strap, or you can get two sections to make a complete chinstrap.
When making chinstraps remember Buckle side is 14", Hook side is 12". So you need 26" total for a complete chinstrap.
