Neck Stock

There isn't much to say about this particular piece of uniform. It is regulation, as per the Kaiser's Imperial Army uniform dress code, and is intended to protect your neck from chafing or otherwise becoming irritated by the wool collar of your standard issue feldrock. In that function, it works exactly like it is intended. You tie it about your neck and it provides a layer of protection from chafing. I do have the Model 1907/10 Feldrock in feldgrau, and haven't had issue with irritation, but as it is part of the complete uniform, I purchased it for that purpose. It is what it is intended to be, and a small but essential piece of kit. While I don't feel the need for it as far as its purpose goes, I do want to keep things as authentic as possible. If you feel the same way, then this is a must-have item.
