OD Tactical plate carrier vest with the new cutting edge, "Laser Cut" system that replaces "MOLLE" straps. LaserCut loop system allows for easier and quicker addition or removal of modular equipment. Vest also features; adjustable hook & loop shoulder straps with D-ring attachments, quick release waist adjustment buckles, multiple MOLLE and Velcro attachment points, two interior pockets, three fold hook and loop closure with snaps and carry handle. Interior armor has been replaced with foam padding which can be increased or removed if desired. Plates NOT included. New, unused condition.
