Original Heer (Army) M38 Overseas as worn by a Field Artillery Officer. Constructed of high quality Feldgrau Doe Skin wool. The cap has a beautiful silver bullion cockade and BeVo WH officer eagle, both original to the cap. The partial leather sweat band is marked "Extra." The cap is salty and shows field use, but is clean solid with some minor mothing to the right side that has been repaired. The hat is piped with silver officer braid. Size is about 57 (7-1/8). Overall a very nice, Original WWII German Artillery Officer cap!
