I think these are British Style Police numbers worn on Police uniform collars and epaulettes from the 1930 - 90's. Silver brass with a small "O" attachment points soldered to the rear. Each measures 2 cm high. You get a set of 6 as shown. Great for costume use or COSPLAY.
