QMI WWII GI M43 Field Jacket

Ordered the wrong size the first time around,but it was promptly exchanged for the right size,a great jacket well worth the money.

I'm 6' 4", 250 lbs and I wear a 44L. I ordered a 46R and it fits me perfectly. Even after washing the sleeves are a good length and the body fits as a field jacket should. The only downside is the buttons, they are sort of cheap feeling, but they are easily replaceable with higher quality or original buttons which is what I did.

This jacket is as good as or better than its higher priced competitors.

I ordered a size 44 just in case sizing was close to true. I know these are supposed to be slightly oversized to allow for layering, but my jacket fit probably a size or two too large for me. I eventually sold it to a friend who wears a size 46, and it fits him nearly perfect. If I order another one in the future, I will probably go a size or so down.

Color, construction and feel of the jacket very close to the original. Very pleased with the coat
