M1 helmet liner leather chin strap
Overall I'm pretty happy with the leather chin straps that I purchased. The color is a nice deep brown (just like my originals) and the hardware appears to be very sturdy. The fit on my helmets/helmet liners is excellent. My only criticism is that the leather is about 50% thicker than the original chin straps and is a bit stiff. I'm confident that the leather will relax, over time and wear in very nicely. Definitely the best reproduction chin strap (under $60.00) that I have seen.
