The Wound Badge (Verwundetenabzeichen) was reinstituted in 1939 and awarded to all military and non-military uniformed personnel for wounds received in battle. The 2rd Class Wound Badge in Silver was awarded for three and four wounds. These badges are the finest quality, die struck pieces featuring superb detail, original quality pins and maker's marks.
