Reproduction WWII style German black leather map case are exactly like the war time manufactured examples used by officers. These "Kartentasche" are made of pebbled black leather and features a single main cover flap with roller buckle closure strap, heavy stitching as well as adjustable leather belt loops in the rear with roller buckles. Face of case retains small sleeves for holding writing implements and measuring tools. Measures approx. 11" High x 7-1/2" wide. This style of map case was worn by Officers from all services (WH, LW, KM and SS).
