The Kriegsmarine Auxiliary Cruiser War Badge (Kriegsabzeichen für Hilfskreuzer) was a World War II German military decoration awarded to officers and men of the Kriegsmarine for service on Auxiliary Cruisers or the supply ships that supported them. Instituted in 1941. Our reproduction badge is European made using the finest quality, die struck construction featuring superb detail, with a frosted gold wreath encompassing blackened Viking Ship and globe and original quality pins. These are often passed as originals. This badge was made in the late 1990's and shows light patina making it look even more authentic.
