Bundeswehr Aluminum Canteen With Flecktarn Cover

Bought for the covers look, One almost new, second with sewing patch that looked almost Part of Flecktarn, Great. Canteens one minor dented second dents all on bottom. Have leaking holes, fixable. Straps for top not broken so will be able to reattach over all worth the the money and came as expected condition or better.

Cover was excellent think almost NOS and which I bought this for. Would have been a five if canteen didn't come beat up and with a hole in it(second one that way). luckily repairable. overall Satisfied.

Arrived in camo pouch which was in vgood condition. The canteen had numerous small dents, the leather tab connecting the cap to the bottle was broken neither of which is too big of a deal however the canteen is a fair bit smaller than one of the plastic U.S. canteens so it'll rattle around in your canteen cup when worn on your web gear..

I bought 2 of these canteens. One was from 1966 and the other was from 1982. On both of them the leather strap was broken. The ‘82 one had a coffee stain in it and was dented. The rubber seal was broken as well. The ‘66 one was in almost new condition except for the broken leather and storage wear. Both covers were like new but a little faded. Overall I’m pleased with what purchased and for used condition they weren’t bad!

This canteen arrived exactly as advertised. The lid strap of this canteen had a button that was jagged and worn and fell off when this canteen was first used. I can't wait until the ALICE adapters for BW equipment come back in stock, as I forgot to order one this time! The canteen cover arrived in great condition.

Ordered 4 sets. All 4 covers like new. 2 canteens pretty nice. 1 is really dented and 1 is crushed almost to the point of being unusable. Luck of the draw. Price is reasonable
