Original, sleeve patch for the Bundeswehr Sanitätskommando IV. The SanKdo is based at Bogen. The Medical Command (SanKdo) Have been responsible for almost all medical facilities of all branches of the armed forces. Machine woven. Measures approximately 3.25" X 2.5". Used but in Very Good condition.
