Canteen (M31 Feldflasche) - Economy

We found a bunch of parts in the warehouse to make up some of these canteens for reenactors. They're made from aluminum 0.7 liter WWII Swedish army canteens with new repro wool covers, leather straps and reproduction aluminum cups. Straps are attached to the canteen caps. Best thing is that the canteen bottles are very clean and serviceable so you can drink out of them. Good starter canteen or loaner. Canteen bottles are used and should be sanitized before use.  We recommend using a tablespoon of bleach and hot water to sanitize the bottle, then an "Efferdent" or similar denture cleaning tablet to clean the bottle.
