New OD nylon pouch for the field first aid dressing or the lensatic compass. Standard issue GI LBE (Load Bearing Equipment) item. First issued to troops during the Vietnam war and still issued today. 4 1/2" X 4 1/2". ALICE clip to attach to the pistol belt or Suspenders. New.

snap is very strong, belt loop makes it secure. i have a 4.5" tall compass and it fits in it very well, not too snug and not too loose
