New Production Run!! The 1914 Iron Cross First Class (Eisener Kreuz 1. Klasse) was re-instituted in 1914 by Kaiser Wilhelm II. This award was originally created by King Frederick William III of Prussia in 1813 and again in 1870 by Kaiser Wilhelm I. The EK 1 was awarded for acts of bravery in combat. These are very nice reproductions featuring sharp details and authentic flat pin back.
