A really accurate ww1 german tunic. I like it a lot cannot wait to wear it to events. It is comfy to wear and made with good quality materials. It fits well on my body being that I got a size 46 us. Thanks Hessen !!

I’ve heard mixed reviews of Hessen and I can say that the wool is of great quality and the fit is perfect for my body type, I’m a little large in my torso but the buttons buttoned and felt amazing

I needed a 1907/10 quickly for a 1914 Christmas Truce event. Like the blogs say, “not 100% accurate” I like the wool, and the fit. Wears well. I like it, especially for the price. It IS Chinese made, but for out of the box will do for the average Frontschwein- again-it is NOT 100 %- but I’m quite happy with it.

I host a haunted Circus every year and had been looking for a uniform for the stagehands, the Teufelstruppen, to wear. Got two of these tunics and they’re perfect! Can’t wait to get more!!!

I was quite nervous about ordering uniform items, as sometimes with vendors the product doesn't match the sizing chart. I took the risk and ordered a jacket (size 42) and sure enough it fit me perfectly, with a bit of extra margin for any under-layers. The material and stitching is high quality and looks really good. I am glad I ordered this item.
