Product Description
Very nice pair of original Korean War, M-48 cap-toe combat boots. The M-48 boot replaced the M-43 combat boot as the standard US Army Combat Boot in the years following WWII. They are similar to the M-42 Paratrooper Jump boots with the exception of ankle supports and only 10 eyelets. This style of boot was worn until 1957 when the army changed to Black combat boots. This pair is in very good condition and shows very little use and only storage age. The stitching on the top of the shaft is coming loose as is common with these boots. Size is 8 XN. Nice original pair for display.
