Each packet consist of 10 high quality ice-tempered stainless steel blades with period looking packaging. Razor blades like these would have been issued, purchased commercially or found in military canteens and carried by German soldiers in their personal kit. In my opinion pretty high quality. They come in a nice little package but other than that they are about standard for a razor.
