The Knight's Cross (Ritterkreuz) was instituted in 1941. These are outstanding Three piece reproductions featuring sharp details and very nice German Silver (Neusilber) plating on the frame. Marked With MM:L/12, 800. Includes a free neck mount ribbon. These are constructed from three pieces like the originals with a 2 piece frame and an iron center piece,

Knights Cross repro

Nicely made. Not perfect, of course. Slight imperfection with inner frame dimensions and I hoped for a better silver plating. But, a nice filler for the money. Fast shipping and great communications.
