Product Description
New, inert (non-firing) full size replica of the notorious M3 'Grease Gun' as used in WWII, Korea and Vietnam by US soldiers. As the Thompson M1928A1 proved to be problematic in the area of cost, manufacturing speed and ease of use during WWII the M3 sub-machine gun was designed for the U.S. Army in an attempt to alleviate those issues. Known affectionately by GIs as the 'Grease Gun' because of the similar appearance these replicas are made of metal with authentic manufacture stamping, telescoping stock, cocking lever and ejection port cover. The bolt cocks and fires from an open position and comes with a removable 30 round straight magazine. Muzzle of barrel has red plug (required by law). Perfect for display, military vehicle owners and re-enactors.
