New reproduction Wehrpass faithfully reproduced from an original with clean, sharp printing, authentic materials and real cloth tape bindings. With conscription being reactivated in 1935, individuals were required to register for the draft upon which they would be issued a Wehrpaß (Military Pass). This would be carried by the individaual until they were inducted
into active duty. Once activated the Wehrpass would be exchanged for the Soldbuch (Pay Book) which would become the soldiers official military identification document. The Wehrpass would be kept by the individauls unit to document such things as units served with, engagements, awards, promotions, and injuries sustained while serving.
