Every Company in the German Military had (and still has) it's own Supply Room (Kleiderkammer). Enlisted Soldiers could "sign-out" dress uniforms and visor caps from the Kleiderkammer when they went on leave or had to attend ceremonies or other duties that required a dress uniform. These caps were not the same quality as private purchase caps, but they were still "Deutsche Wertarbeit" German Quality.
We found another historic hat maker in Germany that could make a German Quality visor cap, using original period patterns and modern material and processes to produce a visor cap that meets military specs but at an affordable price. Our new Kleiderkammer caps do just that. These German made Wehrmacht enlisted caps feature authentic field grey wool top, satin lining, leather sweat band, dark green wool cap band, white wool piping, genuine leather chinstrap, and fine quality metal insignia.

Awesome visor German made great visor
Just like the originals, I did replace the wreath and cockade but the one that was on there is acceptable but the visor itself is made just like the originals. If you want a great wool visor this is it.

High Quality. Definitely worth it
The hat is very acurate, it fit a big large on my head but I'm willing to blame that one on my head. Will definitely be buying the rest of my uniform here!
