These new Imperial German leather gaiters or "Rindleder-Gamaschen" are constructed of heavy duty black leather with two strap and buckle closure.These were designed to be worn with the officers' lace-up boots in place of ridding boots. They were also worn by NCO's, Pioneer and other mounted troops. These Offizier Gamaschen are excellent reproductions with all the details of the originals. They are adjustable and will fit most people. Sold in pairs.

Black leather gaiters
My only complaint is what appears to be a few glue stains on the inside, obviously not visible when wearing them. These are very rugged, thick leather with a neat and shiny appearance out of the box, like riding boots. They measure 11 1/2" tall and at their tightest adjustment they fit my ~14" wide calves. I recommend
