New Production Run! These are a Hessen exclusive. The 1914 Iron Cross Second Class (Eisener Kreuz 2. Klasse) was re-instituted in 1914 by Kaiser Wilhelm II. This award was originally created by King Frederick William III of Prussia in 1813 and again in 1870 by Kaiser Wilhelm I. The EK 2 was awarded for a single act of bravery in combat. These are very nice reproductions with a slight patina to the metal and features sharp details and authentic ribbon.

Highly Satisfactory of the Iron Cross 2nd Class
After ordering my Iron Cross a few years ago, I have to say that when I received it I was very excited. The details on this award are fine and look, frankly, incredible. Despite being a mere replica, I deeply like this product and still display the medal proudly.
