Original East German Best Badge of the National People's Army of the GDR (Bestenabzeichen der NVA der DDR.) This special badge was created for the best titles, which could be awarded to soldiers, non-commissioned officers and officer students who had good overall performance in all political, military and sporting activities. This is the variation manufactured from 1967-73 with hooks for consecutive award numerals. This badge has the number "7" Badge is in pretty good condition. Perfect for any DDR and NVA collector.
