Original WWII Italian Carcano M38 bayonet and scabbard. This is the later pattern bayonet that is non-folding as the Italians realized that folding mechanism was prone to break when used. Bayonet shows use with a dark patina and minor surface rust. Wooden handle and screws are intact with scratches and dings. Scabbard is the style worn with a frog and shows wear with a dark patina and scratches. One only.
