This is a full size working replica of the famous WWII German MP40 submachine gun is made of metal with bakelite pistol grips and foregrip. Engineered like the original, and operates like the original: Working Bolt and trigger, removable magazine. Perfect for display, reenactors and collectors. These are non-firing replicas.
These come complete with a new MP40 leather sling, a box of dummy 9mm cartridges and manual.
A limited number of these model rifles were produced by the master craftsman at Shoei in Japan. These are so well made and so realistic, we know many of our customers will like them. Shoei Replica MP40
The price may seem steep for a replica. I had second thoughts after I placed my order. But, I am glad I got it because this has to be the best replica ever made, period. It is perfect down to the smallest details to include markings & proof stamps. Font, size, placement, etc. The weight, materials, & feel are that of a real MP40. Bolt, trigger, magazine lock & release,stock, muzzle nut, it all works. Buy it!! I never thought I'd buy any replica for more than $200. This one is worth it if you want to put your German WW2 display over the top.
