Product Description

The Narvik Shield (Narvikschild) was institued in on 19 August 1940 and was authorized for all members of the Armed Forces who participated in the Narvik campaign in Norway. The shield was worn on the upper left sleeve of the service and dress uniforms. The Gold version of the Narvik shield was awarded to Kriegsmarine personnel. These are the finest quality, die struck pieces featuring superb detail on a Navy Blue Wool backing.
